Our Story
Sussex Food Truck is an independent company providing delicious delectable food to events, festivals, weddings, private gatherings and more.
Currently there are three brands; Mr. Raclette, Okonomiyaki, and On Toast.
Will Robertson is the main guy behind this incredible truck. His culinary experience in the world of cuisine includes Vinoteca, Soho; Neon project for Prince of Saudi; Restaurant Sat Bains; to name a few.
His ethos for food in our brand is as locally sourced as possible, and the best quality. Will’s imagination will take these ingredients to the place you’d never imagine. As well as our current brand, we are hoping to develop more. We can also create bespoke offer upon enquiry.
Truck Schedule
Monday
Catch us on Mondays at the Market Square from 11 am to 3 pm, offering a variety of classic Italian dishes to brighten your day.
Wednesday
Visit us on Wednesdays at the Riverside Park between 12 pm and 6 pm for a taste of Italy with our special pasta and pizza selection.
Friday
Join us on Fridays at the Community Center from 4 pm to 8 pm to enjoy our freshly made Italian sandwiches and desserts.
